Shipping policy

Processing time
Every SKORN desk pad is printed to order in our Torquay studio. Please allow [2–4] working days for your order to be made and dispatched. Orders placed after [12pm] on a Friday, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are processed the next working day.

UK delivery

International delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, usually [5–15] working days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email [with a tracking number] once your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within [10] working days of dispatch (UK) or [20] working days (international), or arrives damaged, contact us at [email] and we'll put it right.

Address errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help.
